Hi Loves,
Summer is officially here in Tahoe! Seems like the weather is heating up and the influx of visitors is too. The Farmer's Market this morning was packed. All of us that live here, it hit's us, doesn't it? It's palpable. We can feel the abundance of energy and also the resistance to it including our own, but it gives us an opportunity to open our hearts and let it in. And at the same time, hold healthy boundaries and take time for self care. This is where our freedom lies, otherwise we resist and suffer. I do have to say that is why I will serve the community the next three days and then skedaddle out of town for the weekend.
Tomorrow I am teaching 7:30-8:30am at Wanderlust and then holding a special class for Steve Ramm our Tahoe City postmaster out at Tahoe Cross Country on the Deck. Please pass the word. I would love for Steve to feel the healing love. It really matters and he has a long way to go. www.caringbridge.org/visit/steveramm I put $20 suggested donation, but all donations are welcome. Also I think it will be a fun thing to do before Fireworks in Kings Beach too. Do you like the flyer Tessa made above? Putting my girl's talents to work, but I personally love the homemade block markers and felt tip pen. But that is my own resistance to technology.
Thursday, July 4th I will be teaching at Wanderlust 4:00-5:00pm. Celebrating our Freedom! Come ski in your bikini, enjoy live music and chill out with me in class before the barbeques and fireworks.
Friday, July 5th The Practice is on for those of us that didn't go out or for those of us that did! 8:00-10:00 at Namaste. We will be finding Freedom in our Backbends. Would love to practice with you!
